Stephen Colbert is early in his run as host for CBS’ The Late Show but he’s already showing he’s a friend to Broadway and the arts, as well as curating an fascinating array of guests overall. Earlier this week he welcomed American Ballet Theater principal Misty Copeland and renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma to perform a piece choreographed by fellow ABT principal Marcelo Gomes. It’s an exquisite piece that’s captured beautifully by The Late Show’s crew.
