Day 8 saw the return of Chest and Back. I did 166 push-ups this time out compared to 167 on Day 1. I think the minor drop is due to the fact that I pushed myself during the first half and was tuckered out by the time I got to the “under the fence” push-ups. [...]
Day 5 was Legs and Back. There’s not much to tell here, the name pretty much says it all. My knee felt better than it did on plyo day, so the lunges and squats weren’t too difficult. I kept track of the pull-ups during this workout and my total was 71. Not a spectacular accomplishment, [...]
