
The Day 10 workout, Shoulders and Arms, is a straightforward series of shoulder, bicep and triceps exercises. I upped the weight for the arm exercises and things went pretty well.
I got up today, Day 11, and just couldn’t face the scheduled Yoga X workout. I did X-Stretch instead. I know yoga is good for me and I always feel great afterwards, but it’s sooo damn long (90 mins.) and sooo damn repetitive (which makes it feel even longer) that I just couldn’t deal with it today. I’ll do it during the scheduled recovery week, which is coming up soon.
