NYC’s Skinniest House Sells For $2.1M

That’s M as in MILLION, which is still a deal in NYC real estate terms. The Greenwich Village building is 9 1/2 feet wide and 42 feet deep. Jeff and I could maybe afford 1/4 of an inch, but that would still be stretching our budget.
