The morning started with a nice snowfall, an inch or two fell between 7 and about 10:30. I was in midtown around 11 and they were clearing it fast up there for tonight’s Times Square madness. Here’s a few pictures shot downtown this morning around 9. I suspect anything else that falls today will be [...]

This revival of Ragtime is a first for Will and I. It’s the first time we’ve seen a Broadway revival of a show that we also saw the original Broadway cast. Ragtime originally played the Ford Center for the Performing Arts (now known as the Hilton Theatre) from December 26, 1997 to January 16, 2000. [...]

I hope this is [...]
On the night of the 2009 Blizzard, some very mixed hockey was played. Interestingly it was not only snowing outside, it was somehow snowing inside the building too. Snow flurries were falling on both rinks, which added a nice magical quality to things.
The first game of the night was the Wizards versus top team Thundercats. [...]
What a performance finale for So You Think You Can Dance Nine dances were performed as each of the dancers performed three times, meaning everyone danced with everyone else. I thought seven of those nine dances were fantastic, one of the nine was a clunker and another one was simply superb.
Here’s a run down of [...]
