I'm another DSP author, and found your site to be so interesting! I am also not a frequent Idol viewer, but I was captivated by Adam Lambert, that is for sure. I've been following him ever since, and I like what I see. I like his fearlessness, his openness, his sunny personality. I wasn't so thrilled with the BJ simulation on the AMAs, but everything else in that performance was fine with me. I too was surprised by the album and I agree it doesn't showcase his voice the way I expected. But even so.... I wake up every morning with a different tune from the album playing in my head, and that's really unusual for me. So I think it's a success.... So fun to see what you're covering in this blog!
