It was another beautiful lunch time in Bryant Park today (sunny, 91, low humidity). This week’s lunchtime Broadway concert featured Avenue Q (unfortunately I got there a bit late and didn’t get to film any of Q), a showing coming to Broadway this fall called Pure Country, Mamma Mia, The Phantom of the Opera and 2008 Best Musical In The Heights.
I was still a little far away this week (I gotta get there earlier) and there were some audio troubles with the concert. So, I did a highlight reel. Here is Pure Country with “Pickin’ and Grinin’,” Mamma Mia’s energetic cast belting out “Mamma Mia” and “Dancing Queen” and In The Heights with “Benny’s Dispatch,” “Paciencia y Fe” and “When You’re Home”
