It was an odd week with just a singular game for the week. The Ordinals took on the Wild Turkeys. It was a close game, with mostly back and forth the scoring. Unfortunately, the Turkeys were able to capitalize on a couple late-game mistakes on our part (including a power play for them) and we went down 4-6. This loss for sure kicks us out of the playoffs and will have us fighting to simply stay in the division since I believe the loss will drop us to 7th place.
Sadly I had to miss Ronnie’s this week due to work commitments. Next week I’m not sure how much hockey I’ll see since it’s President’s Day weekend. There are no league games and Ronnie’s is a little on the late side. Hopefully I’ll pick up a scrimmage to get on the ice.
