A pleasant surprise this morning! I knew there was supposed to be a wintry mix of weather today, but it hadn’t been expected to really accumulate since it was supposed to be more rain than snow. Well, when I got up there was a nice coating on the ground, and it’s still coming down. Here’s the aieral view (we’re on the 11th floor) of the courtyard of our buildings this morning.
It is supposed to warm up to just above freezing later today (right now it’s 20) so I doubt this will last, but it is a great first look of winter.
