I’m doing my civic duty today as I report for jury duty to the New York Supreme Court. No idea, of course, if I’ll end up on a case. It could just be three days of sitting around waiting to see if they need me or not. I did jury duty last back in November 2001, and served three days on a criminal child molestation case that was ultimately thrown out before the jury got to deliberate.
So, armed with my Blackberry and laptop so I can get some work done while I’m waiting, I’m off to the courthouse…
