Bluestreak Session 8

I really like plyometrics night. There’s just something fun about bouncing around on the floor. I know I said this last week too, but it’s worth repeating. This week it was more than bouncing on numbers too, I got to hop on colored squares. I was doing scissors across the different colors–the red squares, blue squares and green squares. It was like playing a weird version of Twister. The trip to the skills zone last night was good too. I am getting the idea of the wrist shot more and more. It’s not there consistently for me yet but I can mostly tell why it didn’t go right now (and a lot of it has to do with where my left arm is).

I have to miss tonight’s session, which is the half-way point. Tonight is date night and we’re off to see Xanadu, the brand new Broadway musical version of the movie!
